Countdown - Day Counter Widget

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Countdown - Day Counter Widget application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the App.

The App is provided by Fabrizio Di Pietro ("the Developer", "we", "us"). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and the Developer.

2. Service Description

Countdown - Day Counter Widget is an iOS application that allows you to:

• Create and manage countdowns for important events
• View countdowns with widgets on the Home Screen
• Receive customized notifications and reminders
• Organize events by categories
• Sync data via iCloud (optional)

The App is designed for personal, non-commercial use.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App on your personal iOS device, in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the App
• Remove copyright notices or other proprietary notices
• Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to access unauthorized systems or networks through the App
• Use the App on behalf of third parties for commercial purposes

4. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the App
• Maintain the security of your device and access to the App
• Not use the App for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Be solely responsible for the data you enter in the App
• Maintain backups of your data if you deem it necessary

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all its contents, features, and design are owned by the Developer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The name "Countdown - Day Counter Widget", the logo, and graphical elements of the App are trademarks of the Developer. You may not use them without written permission.

Your personal data entered in the App remains your property. The Developer claims no rights to your content.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

7. Modifications

Modifications to the App: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.

Modifications to the Terms: We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted on this page with the new effective date.

Continued use of the App after posting changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Termination

These Terms remain in effect as long as you use the App. You may stop using the App and terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

In the event of termination, provisions relating to Intellectual Property, Limitations of Liability, and Governing Law shall remain in effect.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles.

For any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the App, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Italian courts.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you are also entitled to the protection offered by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
